Michael J R Kremer is a partner in the Düsseldorf office of Clifford Chance where he heads the litigation and dispute resolution practice in Germany. As a member of the Global Antitrust Group, Michael represents clients in antitrust litigation matters, such as cartel follow-on, market dominance or information exchange damage claims. His practice includes collaboration with economic experts in the analysis of alleged damage claims as well as the evaluation of litigation risks/prospects (litigation risk analysis). Michael regularly speaks at conferences and publishes on relevant antitrust litigation developments or new court decisions.
