About Michael J Higer

Michael J Higer is a partner with Berger Singerman and a member of its dispute resolution team. He is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer who has devoted his practice to commercial litigation and civil trial work involving a wide variety of matters. Michael is a past president of the Florida Bar, past governor of the Bar’s board of governors, and past chair of the business law section of the Bar. He is recognised as one of the architects of the business courts in Florida. He is widely published and frequently speaks on insurance-related and other commercial litigation issues.
