About Mei Wan

Mei Wan is a partner at Jin Mao Law Firm with ten years’ legal practice experience. She is a member of the Environment, Resources and Energy Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. Ms Wan has been engaged by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment as an evaluation expert in environmental enforcement since 2018. Her environmental practices include environmental compliance assessment, legal consultation, training, M&A, IPO due diligence, carbon trading, ESG, green finance, hearings, arbitration and litigation. She has particular experience in providing services to industries such as bio-science, cosmetics, pesticide, water treatment, renewable energy and financial institutions.
