About Meg Gaily

Meg Gaily is a senior member of Lawson Lundell’s Research and Opinions Group. Meg is on the BC Delegation to the Uniform Law Conference of Canada, Civil Section, and is the president of the BC Courthouse Library Society. She regularly provides legal research, opinions and submissions on a wide range of legal topics. Her background includes advising clients in a variety of practice areas, including administrative and regulatory law, labour and employment, civil procedure and appellate practice, professional conduct and Aboriginal law. Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Meg was the legal counsel to the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
