Mark Katz
advises on Canadian and cross-border M&A, criminal cartel investigations, joint ventures, abuse of dominance, distribution and pricing practices, misleading advertising and compliance. He also advises on the regulation of foreign investments and ownership in Canada, including under the Investment Canada Act. Mark has appeared at all levels of court and acted as counsel on complex cases before the Competition Tribunal. Active in the ABA and CBA, he is past co-chair of the International Antitrust Law Committee of the ABA Section of International Law and past chair of the Criminal Matters Committee of the CBA Section of National Competition Law.
