About Marina Foncuberta

Marina Foncuberta is an associate at ATH21 who specialises in privacy, blockchain, cybersecurity, e-commerce and digital law. Marina structures IT programmes, advises on blockchain technology issues and the application of tools based on artificial intelligence, guides and supports technology companies in their entry into new markets, advises on cross-border transactions, and assists and guides in the implementation of data protection legislation (GDPR). She is an adjunct professor at Universidad San Pablo CEU and Instituto de Empresa (IE), teaching blockchain, data protection and application of technology in the business world.
