About Marina Pimenta

Marina Pimenta has 15 years of background in domestic and international tax and maritime law, with a vast experience in matters related to the MIBC. Marina has been directly involved in relevant legislative projects in the maritime sector in Portugal and is experienced in the promotion of the MIBC and the MAR in several European countries. Marina provides legal assistance in matters related to the tonnage tax, the incorporation and management of companies within the MIBC, ship registration, regulatory matters and labour disputes. Her experience extends to other areas, namely real estate, commercial and corporate law.
