About Marin Vuković

Marin Vuković is a founding partner at FMV and the most experienced member of the team. The head of FMV’s real estate and construction department, Marin has nearly 15 years' experience at top-tier level, eight of them as a partner. He is skilled in most construction, real estate, and energy matters, including construction contract negotiations. Known for his ability to reach a settlement, Marin is an expert at finding amicable solutions to difficult situations. He is recognised for his expertise in the commercial real estate, renewables, construction, retail, and tourism sectors. He has advised leading Croatian contractors and investors on greenfield developments, and FIDIC and non-FIDIC contracts. Marin is a member of the Croatian Bar and has published articles and held presentations and lectures on hot topics in real estate and construction.
