About Mari Bjerke

Mari Bjerke is a partner of Haavind. She specialises in renewable energy, contract law/construction law and litigation, and has 14 years’ experience as an adviser to players within the renewable energy sector. Bjerke is involved in several new power facility establishments, transactions and court proceedings in the renewable energy sector. She has extensive litigation experience, and construction law competence, especially from working with the development of power production facilities within hydropower and wind power. She is co-author of Interlaw’s book on 'Renewable Energies' (2015).
