About Marcin Olechowski

Marcin Olechowski leads the banking and finance practice at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He acts for lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including large acquisition finance mandates. He also advises clients on bank and financial regulatory matters, including M&A for the financial sector, and represents them in proceedings in front of the Polish financial markets regulator. Marcin combines his professional career with academic work, and regularly lectures and publishes on issues of banking, civil and commercial law as well as international arbitration.
