About Marcin Olechowski

Marcin Olechowski is a firm partner who joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak in 1996, and has headed its Banking and Finance department since 2007. Marcin is recognised in the market as one of the top experts in finance and financial regulatory matters. In addition, his background in M&A and experience in complex international dispute resolution provide him with insights that clients particularly value. Marcin is also involved in a personal capacity in most of the firm’s finance and regulatory mandates. He combines his practice with academic work as an associate professor at the Warsaw University Law Faculty.
