About Marcelo Frazão

Marcelo Frazão is a partner of Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper and co-head of the energy and natural resources practice in Brazil. He advises Brazilian and foreign companies on matters related to energy and infrastructure projects. He has over 16 years of experience in M&A, finance and projects involving the energy industry. His practice includes transactions and projects involving offshore production assets and infrastructure, such as FSRUs, FPSO systems, drilling rigs, support vessels and subsea construction for the oil and gas industry. He is a member of the Brazilian Association of Maritime Law, The Foundation of Natural Resources and Energy Law, and the Norwegian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce.
