About Mazen Ghosn

Mazen Ghosn is a senior associate in the dispute resolution group at Alem & Associates, based between Beirut and Abu Dhabi. He deals primarily with international arbitration matters and has experience with disputes in a wide variety of industries including aviation, franchising, distribution, energy (oil and gas), real estate, engineering/construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, joint ventures, international sales/supply agreements and financial services. Working both regionally and internationally, Mazen has represented clients in numerous ad hoc and institutional commercial arbitrations under the auspices of the ICC, SIAC, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, CRCICA, BCCI and ADCCAC, and in investment arbitrations (including those under the rules of ICSID). He speaks Arabic, English and French.
