About Moritz Lehnert

Moritz Lehnert is an associate at POELLATH in Munich. He specialises in corporate law, including advice on the corporate governance of listed and private corporations, boardroom advice and restructuring measures as well as public takeovers, capital markets advice and corporate litigation. Moritz joined POELLATH in 2019 as a research assistant. He completed his legal traineeship in Mannheim, Munich and Singapore. He studied law at the University of Freiburg.
