About Motomu Wake

Motomu Wake is a senior associate practising in areas such as international and domestic arbitration/litigation, corporate transactions and tax, labour, employment and administrative law. Motomu served as deputy director for the Litigation Department of the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau within the Ministry of Justice, where he represented the Japanese government in civil and administrative litigation.
