Liliana has almost ten years of experience in assisting private companies in the context of international and cross-border transactions and investments in the Angolan jurisdiction. Liliana provides legal assistance to various international companies and groups seeking to invest and establish themselves in Angola, and advises on a wide range of practice areas, including foreign private investment, corporate, commercial contracts, data protection, foreign exchange regulations, real estate and employment. She has relevant experience in public finance/sovereign debt issue operations and has also acted as legal adviser in several M&A operations and disposals of companies.
