About Leo Peeters

Leo Peeters is a partner and heads the corporate and commercial law, M&A and insolvency law practice of Seeds of Law. He is a specialist in national and cross-border corporate and business law, and in commercial and financial transactions. He offers advice to his clients on mergers, acquisitions, financial transactions and the restructuring of companies. After a career as a legal consultant and as a (founding) partner with several internationally renowned consulting and law firms, Leo founded Peeters Law in 2009 and Seeds of Law in 2019. He is a member of the Brussels Bar, the International Bar Association, the Belgian Centre for Mediation and Arbitration, the European Association of SME Transfer, and the Art Law Foundation (Geneva).
