About Lam Ko Luen

Lam Ko Luen is a senior partner of Shook Lin & Bok, Kuala Lumpur. He heads the firm’s Building, Construction and Engineering Department. He appears as counsel in court, arbitration and adjudication and sits as an arbitrator and an adjudicator. In 2020, he co-authored a chapter on the Law and Practice of Injunctions in Malaysia. In 2021, he co-authored a chapter on the Law and Practice of Construction law in Malaysia and contributed to the Malaysian chapter of CDR – Essential Intelligence: The Belt and Road Initiative. He holds fellowships of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb).
