About Louise O’Byrne

Louise O’Byrne is a partner in the employment law group of Arthur Cox LLP and has a broad advisory, litigation and transactional practice covering all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. Louise provides commercial and solutions focussed advice to a wide range of clients in public and private sectors to include technology, energy, retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and healthcare. Louise is an expert in advising on the TUPE regulations and regularly guides clients through this process. She regularly appears for clients in the Workplace Relations Commission, the Circuit Court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
