About Oreste R. Ramos

Oreste R. Ramos has been a member of the litigation team at Pietrantoni Méndez & Alvarez LLC since 2000. His practice is focused primarily on complex commercial litigation and on counselling clients in the management of legal risk. A considerable portion of his engagements involves handling business and contractual disputes, constitutional litigation, securities litigation, distribution agreements, intellectual property, and employment law. Mr Ramos belongs to the Federal Bar Association, where he served as the Puerto Rico Chapter’s President from 2012 to 2013, and is the Vice President for the First Circuit. He is a Life Fellow of the Foundation of the Federal Bar Association.
