About Olivia Santantonio

Olivia Santantonio is a counsel in the information governance and data protection (privacy) and intellectual property practices at Lydian. She frequently advises on data protection issues regarding the obligations and liabilities of data controllers and data processors, international data transfers and the processing of sensitive data. She also frequently assists clients in assessing their level of compliance with the legislation, and in responding to data subject requests, data breaches or Data Protection Authority requests. She also offers (daily) support to DPOs. Olivia is regularly invited to speak at conferences and seminars, and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
