About Julien Kavaruganda

Julien Kavaruganda is the founder and senior partner of K-Solutions & Partners. He practised at the Brussels Bar Association before joining the Rwanda Bar Association in 2005. Julien is the outgoing President of the Rwanda Bar Association (2015–21). He has over 18 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure, international taxation, and banking and finance. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Kigali International Arbitration Centre; a board member of MTN Rwanda, the East Africa Law Society, the Bank of Kigali and Rwanda Finance Ltd; and Resident Director of New Bugarama Mining Company Ltd.
