Juliana Zaidan Maluf is a partner in the corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital practices at TozziniFreire Advogados. She assists national and international clients using her expertise in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, private equity and venture capital investments. Juliana also has international work experience, having been a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York City, where she acted in the area of corporate law and specialised in private equity and M&A transactions.
