About João Tilly

João Tilly is a senior associate in the public law practice at PLMJ and has seven years’ professional experience. In that time, he has worked as a legal adviser to the State on public-private partnerships in the infrastructure, transport and health sectors, specifically in the structuring phases of these projects and in the renegotiation of contracts. Before joining PLMJ, João was a legal consultant at the Portuguese PPP Unit (UTAP).
