About Jessica Fei

Jessica Fei is a senior partner at King & Wood Mallesons, and global co-head of the firm’s international arbitration practice. Qualified in China and New York State, Jessica is a widely recognised leading international arbitration and dispute resolution specialist with over 25 years’ experience handling disputes between Chinese and foreign parties. She has extensive experience in disputes relating to energy (oil and gas, power), infrastructure/construction, international contracts of sale, investment (eg, joint ventures), manufacturing, distribution, etc. She is on the panel of multiple international and Chinese arbitration institutions, including CIETAC, SIAC, HKIAC, ICDR, CEAC and AIAC, and is a court member of the SIAC arbitration court.
