About Jeffrey Bookbinder

Jeffrey Bookbinder is the founder of BBL. He is ranked as Band 1 by Chambers and Partners and has advised on major transactions in Botswana. He has broad experience in the mining and energy, M&A, banking and finance, conveyancing and real estate sectors. His notable transactions include: acting as counsel for RGLD in the Khoemacau Project; and as counsel for the liquidators of BCL Group of Companies, which previously operated nickel/copper mines in Botswana, in respect of the disposal of two mining assets.
