About Jean Bangwen

Jean Bangwen is a lawyer and a mid-level associate at Amadagana & Partners. He is also finalising a PhD in private law at the University of Yaoundé II, Soa, on conflicts between supranational legal orders (OHADA, OAPI, CIMA, CIPRES, CEMAC) in the Cameroonian legal system. Jean is involved in project finance, registration of securities, corporate financial restructuring, contract and corporate audits. He undertakes the structuring and documentation of financing transactions for clients in all sectors, advising both lenders and borrowers.
