Jason Oliver is a special counsel in Gilbert + Tobin’s Disputes and Investigations group. Jason has over 16 years’ experience in commercial and corporate dispute resolution and class actions, investigations, inquiries and contentious regulatory matters. He has extensive experience in misleading or deceptive conduct disputes, professional liability including auditor negligence, corporate governance and director’s duties claims, and financial services regulatory investigations, enforcement and white-collar crime. Jason has practised in multiple jurisdictions and has international experience representing several major multinationals, banks and financial services firms, and professional services firms in highly complex, high-profile and high-value disputes.
