About José Manuel López

José Manuel López is a senior associate of the M&A Deloitte Legal team and has more than ten years' experience in advising both domestic and international clients in M&A transactions. He is specialised in private equity deals, including venture capital transactions, private and public M&A, corporate restructuring, strategic alliances and joint ventures. José Manuel also has an extensive practice advising on matters to do with distressed transactions, banking and finance, financing and refinancing transactions, and corporate reorganisations. José Manuel has a double degree in business and law at the University of Granada, and an LLM in corporate and commercial law from IE University law school.
