About Joseph S. Heino

Joseph S. Heino is practice leader of Davis|Kuelthau's intellectual property team. He has over 35 years' experience, with a specialisation in intellectual property law, including patent, trade mark, copyright and trade secret law, as well as licensing and franchising. Joe represents a wide range of clients in the local, regional and national manufacturing and service sectors. He is widely published on the subject of trade marks and intellectual property. Joe is licensed to practise before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is a member of the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Intellectual Property Group (AIPLA) and the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Lawyers Association (WIPLA).
