About José Luis Finocchio Junior

José Luis Finocchio Junior is a founding partner of Finocchio & Ustra and leads important restructuring projects in the agribusiness in Brazil. He advises foreign clients making investments in Brazil and handles complex litigation matters. José is a trusted advisor for high net-worth families in Brazil and serves on the boards of several clients. He holds a JD from PUC-Campinas, an LLM from Boston University and an IBMEC. He acts as co-ordinator of the Family Business Committee of IBEF, is a member of the Institute of Corporate Governance, the Brazilian Bar Association, and the Turnaround Management Association. José is also a professor at FACAMP.
