About Jorge Molina Mendoza

Jorge Molina Mendoza is a senior partner at FABREGA MOLINA, and head of the Arbitration and Litigation Department. He practises in antitrust and competition law, arbitration and litigation, banking and finance, insurance and intellectual property. He is a member of the ICC, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Panamanian Bar Association, Club Español de Arbitraje and Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje. Jorge has more than 28 years of professional experience, focusing on representing and advising clients on various issues throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. He is involved in litigation and arbitration matters, including complex commercial litigation, bank litigation and insurance litigation. He has vast experience in representing clients before Panamanian courts, as well as before arbitration panels.
