About Jorge Molina Mendoza

Jorge Molina Mendoza is a senior partner at FABREGA MOLINO, and head of the arbitration and litigation department. He practises in antitrust and competition law, arbitration and litigation, banking and finance, insurance and intellectual property. He is a member of the ICC, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Panamanian Bar Association, the Spanish Arbitration Club, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Latin American Arbitration Association. Jorge has more than 30 years of professional experience, focusing on representing and advising clients on various issues throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
