About João Lupi

João Lupi is an associate at TELLES. He is qualified and registered with the Portuguese and Brazilian Bar Associations, with a solid track record on M&A transactions in several industries. Before joining the finance, projects and capital markets, and energy and natural resources departments at TELLES, João acted as deputy director, head of the legal department and company secretary for BDK Financial Group, an international group comprising financial institutions, microfinance entities and other companies focused on fintech. Previously, João was associated with International Corporation Services Limited and the law firms VCA, AVA Legal (Portugal) and Reys Cavalcanti Advogados (Brazil).
