Ignacio Iriarte Magadán
is a lawyer and partner at Recabarren & Asociados. He worked for ten years in the Chilean tax administration in the area of tax crimes and litigation at the tax courts. His main focus is on tax audits and taxpayer defence, both in administrative and judicial proceedings. Ignacio is also a postgraduate professor on taxpayers' rights and obligations at the Universidad Catolica de Chile.
