IDORENYIN UMOH is an associate in Udo-Udoma & Belo-Osagie’s oil and gas team. Idorenyin routinely advises companies in the sector on asset acquisition, local content, regulatory compliance, employee-related obligations, etc. His experience includes advising on the acquisition of shallow and onshore assets of an international oil company by an indigenous company. He has also advised the National Oil Company on its various contractual obligations with different licensees operating in the upstream sector. Idorenyin also advises clients in the power sector, as he was an integral member of the team that advised companies during the Meter Asset Provider regime introduced by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission.
