About Hiroshi Nemoto

Hiroshi Nemoto is a partner at TMI Associates whose practice focuses primarily on patent litigation, patent-related trials before the Japan Patent Office and other pre-litigation counselling, including preparing strategies for avoiding threatened litigation, adversarial negotiation and opinion work. His clients include major pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment manufacturers, and bio-venture companies who he advises in connection with patent disputes, patent license protection and joint research and development matters.
