About Hideki Thurgood Kanoh

Hideki Thurgood Kanoh is an equity partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, and leads the labour and employment practice in Japan. Thurgood has, since 1995, devoted his practice exclusively to all areas of labour and employment, as well as crisis management, on behalf of both non-Japanese and Japanese multinational companies. Thurgood graduated from the University of Tokyo and Cornell Law School. He has been designated as a member of the Japan National Bar Examination Committee (in charge of labour and employment).
