About Kristina Hewetson

Kristina Hewetson is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Sydney office. Kristina has experience across advisory and contentious aspects of intellectual property (trade marks, patents and copyright), and consumer and advertising law. Kristina has advised on litigious matters for media and commercial clients in relation to copyright, patent, defamation and misleading advertising claims in the Federal Court of Australia, the Copyright Tribunal and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She also assists global brand owners with Australian intellectual property protection and enforcement programmes targeting intellectual property infringement, counterfeit goods, passing off and contraventions of the Australian Consumer Law.
