About Krati Hashwani

Krati Hashwani is an associate in the Bengaluru office of Trilegal and is part of the TMT practice group. She has advised domestic and international clients on legal and regulatory issues relating to emerging technology products, satellite technology, fintech and payments, data protection, IP licensing, and e-commerce. Krati also regularly advises clients on telecom services, call centres and outsourcing and has assisted in making representations to the government on aspects such as data privacy, data localisation, e-commerce and telecommunications. She is a 2019 graduate from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
