Krzysztof Libiszewski is a partner in the corporate and M&A practice at Wardyński & Partners. Krzysztof has extensive experience in all forms of mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructuring. He has participated in many complicated domestic and international transactions involving share and asset disposals, asset restructuring and reorganisation of companies. Among other matters, he advised the State Treasury on the restructuring of the largest Polish shipyards.
