About Kelvin Poon

Kelvin Poon is the joint deputy managing partner of Rajah & Tann Singapore and heads the international arbitration practice. He has represented clients in a broad range of construction, commercial and investment treaty disputes in numerous arbitrations across the Asia Pacific region. Kelvin also regularly appears before all levels of the Singapore courts and has been recommended in various legal publications for his expertise. He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and the ICC Singapore Arbitration Group’s Core and Selection Committees. Kelvin is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
