About Karin Dulac

Karin Dulac is a partner at Ogletree Deakins. She joined the Paris office in 2018 after ten years in the law firm Proskauer Rose. She advises large French and multinational companies on all labour law issues. She has extensive expertise in restructuring matters and regularly assists clients in managing their relations with employee representative institutions and their sensitive (harassment and discrimination) and collective (equal treatment, implementation and interpretation of collective agreements, professional elections) disputes. She has also developed significant experience in the area of equal pay between women and men and has given numerous training sessions on the subject.
