About Frederik André Bork

Frederik André Bork is a partner at Bruun & Hjejle who provides specialist advice on all aspects of EU and Danish competition law. His experience includes cartel cases, merger filings, major abuse cases and several very large and multi-jurisdictional follow-on damages cases. Further, Frederik renders specialist advice within the new Danish FDI regime. He is a member of the Danish Competition Law Society and has comprehensive insight into the authorities’ administrative and business procedures by virtue of his former position as head of division at the Danish Competition Authority.
