About František Honsa

František Honsa is a founding partner of BBH and has a wealth of experience in dispute resolution. His main focus is in commercial law, where he acts both in civil disputes and international arbitration. František’s background includes major disputes that have proved significant for the interpretation of Czech laws. He has also served as representative in a number of key disputes that have contributed to determining the responsibility of banks to protect their clients’ accounts and obligations arising from the adoption of International Swaps and Derivatives Association standards. He also has extensive experience in white-collar criminal defence law and frequently sits as an arbitrator.
