Fernanda Guzmán Amador graduated as a lawyer from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil in 2017, and holds an LLM in International Business Law from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. She is an associate lawyer at Pino Elizalde Abogados in the corporate law department, where she advises foreign and national companies on structuring and restructuring of corporations, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
