About Felipe Lopes de Faria Cervone

Felipe Lopes de Faria Cervone specialises in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, joint-ventures and succession planning. He has also advised on a large number of banking transactions, such as debt restructuring, import and export financings, equity and debt offerings, structured finance and Brazilian banking regulations, especially regulatory aspects of foreign bank activities in Brazil and other related corporate matters. Felipe holds a JD from Mackenzie University. He has academic experience in Florence, Italy (commercial law) and in The Hague, Netherlands (international private agreements). He has previously worked at Lefosse Advogados, in co-operation with Linklaters, and has worked at Linklaters LLP in London.
