About Farah El Nahas

Farah El Nahas is a senior associate in Shahid Law Firm in the M&A practice group. Farah has 11 years of experience in general corporate matters, M&A, employment, banking and project finance. Farah has experience in advising on different branches of Egyptian Law. She also has an extensive experience in drafting and reviewing all types of commercial contracts, especially, commercial agency, distribution, labour, real property lease, supply and telecommunication contracts; as she has been seconded to Nokia Solutions and Networks S.A.E.; and acted as its Contracts Manager & Legal Consultant, for a period of nine months.
