About Fabienne Fajgenbaum

Fabienne Fajgenbaum is a founding partner of NFALAW and head of the Sports Law, Intellectual Property Law, Competition and Distribution Law departments at the firm, both in advisory and litigation matters. Fabienne is the chair of the Open Commission on Intellectual Property Law of the Paris Bar Association (Commission Ouverte de Droit de la Propriété Intellectuelle de l’Ordre des Avocats au Barreau de Paris) and teaches sports law and IP law at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and at the Centre for Sports Law and Economics. Fabienne regularly publishes articles on intellectual property rights in sport.
