Elise Ngo Nyobe is an attorney at the Cameroon Bar and an of counsel of Amadagana & Partners. She is involved in corporate transactions, audit contracts, corporate finance restructuring and other transactions carried out in several of the OHADA member countries. She advises on the lending and borrowing of money and the management of financial commitments.
