About Elena Ferrer-Sama

Elena Ferrer-Sama has more than 20 years’ experience in general tax planning and advice, particularly for multinational group companies, and has an extensive knowledge of direct taxation, especially in the business reorganisation and tax inspection areas. She has a degree in law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and a Master’s degree in Business Tax Advice from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). She has published several specialised articles and collaborated in several publications on tax matters. She has also taken part in many tax seminars and courses.
